Ever since I could think for myself, I’ve been in love with nature. My main aim is to use the power of photography to raise awareness across the Planet of the social and environmental challenges posed in the 21 st century.
With the objective of publicizing the degraded state of the Mediterranean by means of scientific data and photographs, Mar de Fondo (“Groundswell”) seeks to arouse the empathy of the general public and to involve institutions, schools, brands and industry in the elimination of plastic products and pollution in the Mediterranean Sea. The challenge is to mobilize practical measures in order to change the attitude of individuals and people at large at an institutional and governmental level, and to create a better society and a healthier Planet.
