Bariloche is a tourist resort in Patagonia, Argentina, known as “Little Switzerland”, but also as “Vuriloche”, and historically a focal point for internal migration.
In accordance with the quote attributed to Pythagoras: “Educate the children and it won’t be necessary to punish the men”, the Encuentro Group has been working for the last twenty-nine years with the firm conviction that the care and supervision of new generations are vital for breaking the vicious circle of poverty and inequality.
