In our classroom, we understand photography as a means of expression for looking at the world, at others and ourselves.
This year we present “The beauty of everyday, the power of colour and light”.
Beauty can be found everywhere; it is only a question of how each of us choose to focus our gaze, which is unique.
Capturing the beauty of everyday by photography means finding the magic in simple, quotidian things that are common to all of us in daily life, in the street, at home, in objects and in people. This implies awareness and sensitivity.
We learn how to look, to see and to visibly read in order to discover the possibilities provided by photographic expression, like a visual diary of what we may find, without necessarily seeking, only by focusing our attention.
