It has a dual purpose: to pay a tribute to Joan Guerrero, the mentor of many photographic reporters, and also to help document the current complicated situation affecting the world in every sector of life. The aim is to present a vision of society by means of images of relevant human interest and an outline of the challenges facing us all: climate change, the violation of human rights, racism, marginalisation, etc.

In this project, “Catalunya Mirades Solidaries”, a non-profit organisation, collaborates with the homeless charity Fundació Arrels and the support it provides for the most downtrodden.
