Welcoming surroundings where people can meet to experiment, learn and reflect on photography and the act of looking.

This year we present the project “A Tower, A Mine, A Saint and No Dinosaurs” by the photographic collective Las Figas. An exploration around the Torre del Compte in the town of Figols, built at the beginning of the 20th century in order to serve the mine until it was closed down in the 1970s. It is a building whose walls contain decades of history and legends.

Las Figas is a collective of photographers formed in order to conduct the 2022-2023 Auteur Documentary Photography course.
