The Brujas exhibition follows the thread of history and builds a visual map that evokes the key events and places of witch-hunt in the Pyrenees between the 15th and 18th centuries, identifying symbols, traditions and stigmas with the aim of destroying old stereotypes and dignifying the memory of women convicted of the crime of witchcraft. 

Aware that they were not witches, but only women, the author aims to contribute to rescuing her true story and reconstructing a common imaginary that respects and reparates them as victims.

That is why she delved into magical thinking and territory to establish a visual dialogue between those women murdered by hanging or at the stake and those who currently live in the Pyrenees. Who would be the witches now?
