The exhibition Emboscades. Dones i bosc, invites you to explore and get ambushed in the role of women in the forest field, as well as in the importance of managing and conserving forests. All through the eyes of 18 women who, day by day, with their work, make it possible.

Women play a key role in forest management because they do a lot of work even if it is not visible and because they provide a necessary way of working and that emphasizes aspects that have not been taken into account so far, different from the traditional ones. We must therefore make it visible, demand it, celebrate it and denounce all the barriers that still exist. Only a forest world based on equality between women and men will be able to meet the challenges that the future poses to us.
