Joana Biarnés was the first Catalan and Spanish female photographer to become a professional photojournalist or graphic reporter.
On this occasion, her exhibition takes us on a journey from her beginnings -in the 1950s, with Ramon Masats as her mentor- through to her final photos, when she left her work in 1985, in protest against the yellow journalism that had become the norm in the press.
