On this occasion, we present a selection from the work by students of the Documentary Photography course, an elective subject belonging to the fourth year of the Audio-Visual Communication Degree.
The different points of view and photographic styles of these students are this year grouped under “Documentary Photography” and consist of a series of images related to this subject.
Some of these photographs are highly graphic and expressive and depict social stereotypes through colors. Others recreate historic moments in the Feminist movement or question social roles regarding gender.
They also include end-of-degree projects in photography that explore stereotypes in the world of fashion or depict actions taken in solidarity with refugees in the city of Athens.
