Bitter, sweet, soft
Bernat Millet

The resilience of the Saharawi people.

This project focuses on daily life in an intimate portrayal, with the family providing the mainstay for refugee camps in which people’s lives remain on hold.

In this inhospitable, desert landscape, both metaphorically and geographically speaking, hope is still alive. People rebel against the threat of being forgotten, against wasted days, against desolation. Their hoarse cries proclaim that they still have the strength to continue the struggle.
