Pathological anatomy/ Are they all my children?
The process of creating a photograph emerges in me as a need to give shape to emotions that cause me inner turmoil; a therapeutic process through which I can understand myself. I first visualise an image, then the need to create it arises, and finally I come to understand it.

=======================
Some people are more upset over the loss of a few dogs than over a plane crash in the Alps, with one hundred and fifty deaths. Thousands of people drown at sea or are killed in wars, but few talk about it. I love my dog as if it were my own child and condemn those societies in which they are eaten, while I happily eat foie gras. Why do we humanise some animals and dehumanise certain people?
