Món Llach is a work by Juan Miguel in tandem with a journalist called Omar Jurado, with the result being the publication of the book “Món Llach” (Mina, 06), and the photographs that make up this exhibition.
It involves a journey through the human geography and various places that played a part in the personal and professional life of the Catalan singer- songwriter Lluís Llach up until his retirement.
On a professional level, Juan Miguel’s story is closely linked to the world of music, and most specifically to song-writing, working for different media, especially for Grup Enderrock, and spending many years in the recording industry, taking photos for record covers, promotion sessions and live performances. For several years now, Juan Miguel has been the official photographer for the Barnasants festival of singer-songwriters.
