For another year, the Gaspar Camps Municipal College of Art & Design is taking part in FineArt Igualada, displaying the individual works of students that for years have been attending the monographic photography courses involving a mentored project through which they learn by exploring photographic technique and expression.
In a world dominated by smartphones in which texts and selfies are shared and sent by everyone, there is a need to study the difference with an artistic self-portrait. Far from a casual image taken by a phone, we expect more from a classic.
