The exhibition showcases a selection of the work produced by the students on the course preparing for the Higher Diploma in Photography during the workshop held by the photographer Boris Eldagsen coinciding with the 2015 Tragaluz (Skylight) Festival, through the European Flâneur Project, new urban narratives.
The photographs pursue experimentation through the reflections, lights and installations seen during the Festival. The pictures avoid a purely documentary perspective and seek to use this entire backdrop as the point of departure for the creation of suggestive photos that largely hover between abstraction and narration.
The Flâneur project involves 14 institutions from 10 European countries. It is backed by UNESCO and the EU, with the aim being to foster the study and dissemination of urban territory from a photographic standpoint.
The following artists are involved in this project: Laia Budó, Eduard Masó, Isaac Morchón, Anna Rius, Adrian Ruiz, Salva Saseta, Anna Tuà, Juan Pablo Valle-Llosera, Judit Viñolas and Edgar Zazo.
